leadership has become a desirable quality as well as one of the basic and the
most important requirement for the sustainability of an organization. Integrity,
fairness, honesty, and transparency are the core values an ethical leader would
uphold when doing the decision-making. This exemplary decision-making fosters

members is a top priority for ethical leaders. This encourages employees to
openly communicate their issues and build trust with the leadership team.
Providing routine updates and insights related to organizational changes to
both team members and investors will build a good rapport between the
individual and the organization.

By offering direction, required resources, and support ethical leaders guide their team members to make ethical decisions for the betterment of individuals as well as the organization. They encourage the members to consider ethical awareness and critical thinking abilities when choices and actions need to be made ethically. Ex: voicing out concerns related to unethical practices.

Implementing
clear ethical standards and policies. These are to be communicated to them to
the employees and ensure they understand and adhere to them. Also, to educate
employees more on these policies it is best to provide ethics training sessions
and conduct email campaigns, paste awareness notices on notice boards, etc.
Establishing a
positive working culture, developing trust, and ensuring a safe working environment
can all depend on good exemplary ethical leadership. Therefore, leaders
are to be trained and educated in fostering an ethical adherence culture where
employees work in their best behavior to avoid any unethical practices. This
can pave the way for sustainability for the organization as well as the society.
